1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
📦 Product is damaged or defective
❌ Wrong item delivered
📉 Product received in unusable condition
👉 To be eligible:
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Change of mind / dislike of fragrance
Minor packaging variations
Orders where delivery was attempted but refused
👉 Since our products are personal-use items (fragrance), hygiene standards apply.
3. Refund Policy (COD Orders)
As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds are processed via:
UPI / Bank Transfer
👉 COD handling or shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement instead of refund in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong item delivered
Replacement will be shipped after verification.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Failed Delivery / RTO (Important for COD)
If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable:
Order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
Future COD orders may be restricted

Unboxing video is highly recommended for faster approval
